Step one

Step two

Paste it into Outlook.

Choose the version of Outlook you use, then follow those steps. Paste with Cmd+V on Mac or Ctrl+V on Windows.

  1. Open Settings using the gear icon at the top right.
  2. Go to Mail, then Compose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, click New signature and name it Cohen.
  4. Click into the editing box and paste.
  5. Set it for New messages and for Replies and forwards, then click Save.
  1. Go to File, then Options, then Mail, then click Signatures.
  2. Click New, name it Cohen, then click OK.
  3. Click into the Edit signature box and paste.
  4. On the right, set New messages and Replies/forwards to Cohen.
  5. Click OK, then restart Outlook.
  1. Go to Outlook, then Settings, then Signatures.
  2. Click the + button and name it Cohen.
  3. Click into the editing area and paste.
  4. Under Choose default signature, select Cohen for your account.
  5. Close the window to save.
Please do not edit the signature after pasting. Changing the font, colours, sizes or spacing in Outlook's editor will pull it away from the brand and can break the layout. If any detail needs changing, such as a phone number or a new team member, ask and a corrected version will be prepared for you.

Checking it worked

Send yourself a test.

Send a test message to somebody outside the firm and ask them to confirm they can see the logo, the grey mark and the animated green banner. Testing only against your own inbox can hide problems, because your own computer can reach things that other people's cannot.

If images appear as empty boxes for a recipient, their mail program is set to block pictures in email. That is a setting on their side, and clicking Download pictures will display them.

Signature copied. Now paste it into Outlook.
